Ana has a passion for Historical European Martial Arts and in her spare time, she even trains with a sword sometimes.

Ana deals with a wide range of disputes, focusing on commercial litigations, insolvency proceedings, and labour law matters.

In addition, she advises on merger and acquisition projects, including business transfers, share capital increase and share transfers. She also conducts due diligence analyses on corporate, permits, regulatory and contracts matters.
