Sînziana is passionate about psychology and literature. She loves nature, as she enjoys flower gardening and prefers the outdoors whenever she has a day off.

Sînziana has been part of the ONV LAW team since 2011 and specialises in Public Procurement, Concessions, PPP, Public Utility Services, Administrative Law and Construction Law.

She has a highly structured and strategic approach to handling cases, with a strong focus on achieving results, as being a lawyer fits her pragmatic personality. Sînziana believes that empowering all team members is important and valuing their contribution helps them grow to their full potential.

Sînziana has advised and represented clients in complex projects in infrastructure and public utilities sectors, including state aid aspects. She provides legal advice during the entire public procurement process, for both public authorities and private companies, and has also represented clients in civil and various administrative law disputes, such as construction related and corrections on EU funds litigation.
